REQUIREMENTS TO ENTER UNITED KINGDOM

Visitors must obtain a visa to visit UK unless they are exempt. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa. Please check the official website to see it you need a visa www.gov.uk/check-uk-visa

We advise an early application for the visa.

INVITATION LETTER FOR VISA PURPOSES:

Participants who require a signed and stamped letter are kindly requested to send their passport details to nutugen@kenes.com. Please make sure to include your full name (as printed in your passport), full postal address and passport number.
Applications for invitation letter must be received at least 6 weeks prior to the conference.
Unfortunately, we are unable to send invitation letters directly to consulates. Invitation letters are prepared solely for individuals and are sent directly to them.
